It messes up the appassembler/pom.xml with a fragment that should have been in appassembler-maven-plugin/pom.xml to skip the tests that can not run on MS Windows due to asserts failing when lines end with CRLF (17 tests in FormattedProeprtiesTest and JavaServiceWrapperDaemonGeneratorTest). I'll generate a working patch later.
