Because there are still some tricky things, I think we should rename
the plugin, just to be safe. The experience we build up with this
plugin should be relevant for the actual implementation at Apache.
I do not mind and this will bring us freedom. Your suggestion was
flatten-pom instead of consumer-pom. So how about flatten-maven-plugin?
The only MOJOs starting with f so far are findbugs-maven-plugin and
fitnesse-maven-plugin (and failsafe in graveyard) so there should be no
clash.
