Hi everyone, Given that most people on dev@ are in favor of a minor release (1.1.0) instead of a patch release due to API changes, I'd like to propose a vote to release Apache MXNet (incubating) 1.1.0. Voting will start now (Sunday, January 28th) and end at 1pm Wednesday, January 31th PST.
