This sort of "suggestion" about corporate law is not helpful. 
Corporate law is designed to create certainty rather than uncertainty
in conduct.  So, I wouild not take this attempt to compare corporate
law to the present machinations as helpful.

I am sure Craig meant well, but the point is not a good one. 
Essentially "this corporation can do anything that is legal" is a
statement about a body of law the corporation adapts and restricts
itself to.  It is not a statement that any way to avoid that body of
law they can think of will be promoted.
