As far as the SVN stuff goes I confirmed with James that we won't need
any help from @infra other than making sure that our repository is
backed up before we make any changes.

Manfred, I actually had in mind some shuffling around of the source
code to break things up into subprojects.  There are some SVN tricks
that will make this simpler then it might sound.  Later today I will
start a thread explaining my proposal.  The goal is to have something
similar to Struts as far as how they organized things.
