Well, let's not make this more sinister than it is.   There have been
cases in the past where a tomahawk component could not function
without "help" from the JSF implementation.   These are the cases
where something might be marked as incompatible with other
implementations.

For all other components, we'd expect the test to show that it was
compatible with the RI and had been tested with it.

[And now that we've remove the MyFaces dummyforms stuff, I'm not
really sure if there's anything left that's incompatible with the RI].
