It is right that the files aren't facelets files, but they are xml jsp files 
and those files can be handled by the FaceletsVDL. So I guess the commit [1] 
was wrong, because with the current version nothing on the pprDemos.jspx site 
works, because the jsf javascript resources aren't loaded sine the page is 
processed by the JSP-VDL.
