Secondly I forgot, the state of 2.2, I opened this branch to merge my

the latest spec snapshots on the javascript side in.
What is there is mostly Ajax Fileupload, the Fileupload component itself
(which in itself is incomplete since some attributes are missing which
are new)
The client side window id handling, the changed ajax response handling
regarding the viewstate and windowid.
And since it was branched from the windowid branch Leos work on the
WindowId should be in there as well.
Also above the spec we have xhr level2 enabled for browsers which can
handle it. (The spec should leave the protocol open so this is within
the spec)
So from the jsf.ajax point of view for now the branch is pretty much
spec complete. From the implementation POV Leo wanted to wait until the
public review draft is out, which should be out soon.
Either way, my work easily can be merged into a new branch if you guys
decide to rebranch. Nothing is lost there.
The branch was done from Leos WindowId branch so that nothing is lost
from that work.
