Thanks for bringing into notice the misunderstanding between the form enctype
and request content type. Encode just adds a Facesmessage which is Ok since its
not an exception. Form may not need to have enctype multipart all the time
though it has inputFile component.
Restore solution with the wrapper is perfect and it works. This patch has the
changes.
I have not considered ajax behavior just yet.
