I have found one bug in
org.apache.myfaces.view.facelets.tag.jsf.html.HtmlLibrary . The renderer type
should be javax.faces.File, not javax.faces.InputFile. Forget about
javax.faces.InputFile as renderer type. I don't think the duplicate file is
necessary.
