I've done a PR at [https://github.com/apache/myfaces/pull/71] that in my
(limited so far) testing preserves the pre-4297 behavior for the correct app
configs and scopes. That is, FACELETS_BUFFER_SIZE doesn't need to be set.
These changes will be a lot less strict for creating sessions than the original
4297 fix, but I think the primary cases for 4297 should still be covered. What
do you think [~tandraschko] and [~ncister] ?
