Compile and build time, any way to speed up?

Hi All,

I'm using the Docker method to run myNewt. 

I have tried giving the VM more resources doesn't seem to do anything in terms 
of speed. 

Is there any way to speed up the compile and build time? 

Would the native method be substantially faster?
