I'd favour havin codenames for Minour nor Micro releases and coordinate with marketing and releases, so these codenames become visible.
(What would mean, we need to run a codename election for 2.0)
I'd propose to start back at the 1.1.5. Why? because the 1.1.5 is the last 1.1.x to include new features: it won't be just a bugfix release because it will include the add-on to read the new OASIS OpenDocument format.
