I was under the impression that we--I and others--actually proposed a bunch of solutions that seemed, to me, to be better. That is: To boost and promote the MarCon efforts, to develop more regional groups. I also think that having more effective communication is a good strategy. Would an EN project, especially one born of frustration accomplish this?
