Hello Charles,

I will be glad if any NL project can benefit from the tool I created.
It was created with Georgian NL project in mind, but I will modify the
tool slightly so that it can be used by other languages and release it
under GNU-GPL and/or SISSL (or whichever license would be most
suitable for using and custoizing it by any NL project interested).

Louis,

since you mentioned that a tool like this might need to be linked from
another server, is there a preferance wether such tool should use
specific database or server-side scripting language? Currently, it
uses php for server-side scripting and XML as a database (being the
requirements of the servers it is hosted), but I could modify it to
migrate to MySQL, python, etc.

Best regards,
Aiet
