Sorry? If nobody understands what the flag should mean and when to apply
it how could this work? We already have many items in issuezilla that
are not used as intended. People compain that IssueZilla is too
complicated, that it offers far to many choices.

Then the same thing applies: It is hard to exclude those from a query,
you'll always have to deselect them.

And what do you mean with "go back [...]"?
