If people don't understand what flags, etc mean, then the
documentation is either missing, or badly written, and needs to be
rewritten.

What people say the problem is, and what the problem actually is, are
two different things.
I'd suggested that 99.99999% of the reason people say it is too
complicated, is because the documentaiton on how to use issuezilla can
only be described charitably, as pathetic.
If the documentation was at all clear, and provided _real_
explanations, for _every_ function with Issuezilla, then the
complaints about its complexity would be virtually zero.
