I've just created the NE project (Nepali) and would like to welcome
Subir and Paras! In creating the project, I realized that we need to
update the welcome package ;-)
So... what do you think I (and Charles) should tell new members when
they start a project? I point them already to our basic template,
http://www.openoffice.org/styles/, but that's hardly enough. I also
inform them that they will be in charge of their download pages...
but I sometimes forget to refer to the download template. And I'm
sure there's lots of other things I forget. Most projects are
starting off as Level 1s, which is good, and it means doing
localization or support. So they are mostly going to be working, if
they are doing localization, in the l10n project. But what can we do
here to help them get their project started?
Ideas?
