We do, cited in /styles/ . But the download pages need to be updated, and I am not sure we have current download page templates. Those are important. Also, there are lots of other small things that can probably help new project leads but which you or I simply forget about. Like which pages to translate, if at all, or how to join up with marketing--and documentation for marketing--or how to get developers working in core areas (see, I have an agenda here ;-) ), and so on....
