yes, welcome to them, and also welcome to Drouizig (Breton project) and

Good question indeed. Thanks for asking it. As for the templates, I
believe that any NL project should be free to design its web site,
although it can use templates that are useful when looking for content
and/or imagination. I think we do have some guidelines, however, for the
design of web pages, don't we?
