Actually, the SVG is made with Adobe Illustrator, but you can open and
edit it just fine with Inkscape.
In theory, Gimp should be able to open it (I can open it with Gimp) but
because of a mistake made by Bernard (I talked about it in the issue
where the image is attached, the image is larger than the canvas) the
import is not correct.
Use this instead, it should work OK everywhere:

Forget the previous link, after cleaning the garbage put by Illustrator
in the file, now it is only 27 KB and renders perfectly everywhere
