thank you for your message. I have heard of no other initiative for your
language. So you are the first!
If I may comment on your message: it is not possible to localize one
part of the application only. You have to localize everything.

I suggest you subscribe to dev@l10n.openoffice.org to start your work.
The NLC here can for the moment open a level 1 native-lang project for
your language . You will benefit from server space, mailing list, cvs
access and other tools.

If you agree, I'll need your OOo username and other details. The name of
the project would be "ti".
