I have no other question but just a comment in order to clarify one point: the Tigray language (Tigrinya) is spoken both in Erithrea and in Ethiopia. As every native-lang project is language-based and not country based, please confirm that you plan to release your localized builds for both Tigrinya-Erithrea and Tigrinya-Ethiopia (you'll have to insert two possible locales for this).
