Dear Reshat,

If I remember well, we agreed on tt-crh as being your project's domain
name, and we did set up a page there. So for the moment you should work
with this project. Do not mix locales and ISO code for the language. I
know that Tatar has some very specific issues regarding the naming
conventions of its language but, tt-crh was what we agreed on.
