well were can i find the files of OOo 2.3 so that i can update the
current telugu translations to the next release?
currently i downloaded OpenOffice.org-SRC680_m217-POT.tar.gz file if
its ok with this file then i will continue with it.
2.3 release plan is at:

As you can see, UI freeze is on 5-th July, that means we expect one or
two or three further milestones before freeze. So when you start with
m217 you need to update your pot-files after 5-th and merge them to
po-files and take a look what is changed.
Please keep eye on this directory where from you downloaded latest pot
files and update after 5-th July if necessary.
