It's a great idea, regardless of the dates.  I have  no suggestion as to
which dates will be of best strategic value, but what John says about
the 31st makes sense to me.

It would also be to our advantage to weaken the focus on MSO and try to
reposition the debate, press releases and reviews towards the greater
market of office software.

Thus the title, "OpenOffice.org, the Free Competitor to Microsoft
Office, Celebrates International Mother Language Day" could be instead
"OpenOffice.org, the Free Competitor in the Office Market, Celebrates
International Mother Language Day" or some such.
