There are a few additions to Jakarta EE support between beta1 and
beta2.  If this still needs fixing and there's a quick fix that can
land in the next few days for beta3, great!  It's not an area I've
looked at in years, so judgement on this area is not for me to make!
:-)

I think moving to time-based snapshot releases of master we do have to
be aware that some features / support may not be fully complete in any
one release.  Thinking how to describe those in release notes might be
useful, rather than leaving them out - maybe a precedent in "preview"
features?!

And speaking of JDK precedents, I remember a question asked at FOSDEM
about whether JDK LTS releases might still have preview features - the
answer being yes IIRC!
