Yes, it was good faith, to fix what is broken, functionally. I broke the

It is possible to put back 12.2.0 version of VSNetBeans extension. It does not 
seem to have the UC problem. On the other side it is 1st release, much less 
features in area of refactoring, debugging,….
If you believe this is the right thing to do, before Jarda fixes the build of 
12.2.3 and voting completes I will do it on Monday.
