-1 from me for 12.6. I'm not sure a few days before freeze is the time to be changing how we distribute nb-javac. How is it managed in future? Ideally we shouldn't be having to delay NetBeans releases on it. And ideally we should be looking to have it in testing in advance of JDK releases. And that all leads to a question of whether there is general consensus to make this move? None of that is resolvable and testable in a few days IMO.
