Not necessarily. You have to actively opt in to those. I implemented as a default in the IDE branding, not the platform, where even shipping them is optional. Is View / IDE log there? If so, what are the versions at the top of the log - product and module versions should have the NB version and git hash for anything we've released in the last few years.
