OK. If I understand it correctly, the git repo will be at

git://git.apache.org/netbeans.git

I see there's these two there:
git://git.apache.org/incubator-netbeans-temp.git git://
git.apache.org/incubator-netbeans-website.git

So, should there be a

git://git.apache.org/incubator-netbeans.git

and that will later become

git://git.apache.org/netbeans.git

And there'll be a github mirror at http://

github.com/apache/netbeans

Will there be a GitHub mirror for the incubator repo too?

Is that correct, must these be created, is an infra issue needed for this,
and is that where the ZIP containing the code donation should be put?
