If no-one does this before Monday, I'll put it through an online converter we used at my old company to create the 30-odd variants for favicons, bookmark, phone icons, etc. and look at a PR to add the required includes to the current web proposal header template. We used the blue version rather than the multi-colour version for the new web proposal because that currently has most votes in the wiki, and in lieu of a proper new logo process it's closer to the existing one.
