A big -1 to adding this to trunk. This should live as a separate project hosted
somewhere else e.g. github. We publish the Nutch artefacts in Maven so it is
easy to add Nutch as a dependency. This should not be part of the core. The
patch can also just stay here so that the 0.01% of Nutch users who would need
it can use it if they want to
