Yes, we did agree to that, at least everyone who expressed an opinion agreed (there was no vote).  Nothing else was ever proposed until the last minute.  I cannot work on the AFS repositories because there is abuse from peoples ability to write directly into the repository with no oversight.  That is totally unacceptable to me.  So I will work on Bitbucket or nothing.
Couple people suggested to switch all the work to github and make
bitbucket a mirror.
But that didn't get enough attention since we are still trying to
define the workflow.

There is no workflow definition.  DavidS started a thread, but so far it has only general principles, no work flow.
