Hey Adrian,
If quantityBreakId is added to PRODUCT_PRICE, wouldn't that eliminate the need
for the PRODUCT_PRICE_COND.inputParamEnumId=PRIP_QUANTITY?
Also, once quantityBreakId is added, should PRODUCT_PRICE be referenced by the
entity that is supposed to store the QUOTE_ITEM qty break prices?
