A PRIP_QUANTITY_BREAK will be added as a new enumTypeId=PROD_PRICE_IN_PARAM in
ENUMERATION entity to support QUANTITY_BREAK price rule conditions. A new
QUOTE_ITEM_QUANTITY QUANTITY_BREAK_TYPE will also be created to limit the
QUANTITY_BREAK condition value list on Price Rules page.
