Thank you for sharing your findings and viewpoint on how this issue can get
resolved. I will remove the patch so that future viewers of this issue will not
be able to get it and get confused.
Would you be able to share as a patch file what it takes (you talk about Tomcat
7 files) to get this issue resolved, so that might get incorporated into a
future release?
