I also think that having a kind of client / server architecture is a key 
feature of such a tool. This would allow a centralised management of 
resources were managers and "developpers" could share a common planning.

Another idea for the wishlist is that to each bullet, some explanations are 
added. In this way, we could describe in deeper manner the ideas associated 
and the features. For example, each bullet could be a link to more detailed 
descriptions of what we do mean by "Global resource pool" or "Cost reports" 
which are wide topics.
