Your latest patch only has the changes for oozie-setup.sh; the OozieFSCLI is
missing. Can you reupload?
Also, you don't need to delete the old patch when uploading a new one; JIRA
allows them to have the same filename and will mark the newest one with a
different color (and there's a timestamp). Its useful to be able to see what
changed between versions of a patch.
