And as a follow up thought .... (not part of this JIRA). We should think how to
consolidate all setup operations in the oozie-setup.sh script, something like:

Where the avail tasks are:
* war
* db [-create|-updgrade] [-run] [-sqlfile FILE]
* sharelib [-install|-upgrade]
