I've finished doing another pass through the code and left 37 new comments;
they're mostly easy things or things to file a followup JIRA. I think that's
the last of my comments on this patch.
It would be good if [~abhishekbafna], [~rohini], [~qwertymaniac], [~puru],
[~satishsaley] could do some reviewing too, even if it's only part of the code,
to get more eyes on this.
