The latest patch reverts commits
53b1d1e43 OOZIE-2908 Fix typo in oozie.actions.null.args.allowed property in
oozie-default.xml (gezapeti)
b2c44c611 OOZIE-2888 Upgrade commons-io to 2.4 (dbist13 via pbacsko)
e0b7cde71 OOZIE-2872 Address backward compatibility issue introduced by
OOZIE-2748 (pbacsko)
because they are not merged to the oya branch yet. Please ignore those changes
(mostly test removals)
