[~nobigo] Removing the direct dependencies from the {{pom.xml}} files is a good
start, but Oozie will still use {{commons-lang 2.x}} because of the transitive
dependencies. We have lots of 'org.apache.commons.lang' references in the code
which should be upgraded as described here:
