3.0.0.SNAPSHOT as a OSGi bundle version

Hi,

Why is 3.0.0.SNAPSHOT specified as a OSGi bundle version? I can't
figure out how bnd plugin (or likely m2 itself) calculates
openejb.osgi.export.version (see top-level pom.xml).
