I think this is an awesome idea, particularly for information on using
the plugins.
I have started on some instructions for installing the plugins from an
update site and building the plugins from source using the APT and Maven
as per Jacek's suggestion. I think its still useful to have this
information on the website, so I'll submit a patch for the work I've
done. If you're happy to add a help plugin along side the others I'll
happily add some content.

Actually Eclipse help is made this way, and in one of our previous
projects in IBM Egypt we made the similar thing.
