Hi,
It looks like I've made it onto the list here:

If someone could set me up on the wiki, I'll get started on adding
some information on the plugin.
Great. What is your confluence user id? Tried to do a search using
your email, but the confluence user search functionality seems to
always take 5-10 minutes per search.

AFAIK know the pending issue here was that Jon needs to submit
a CLA by fax or postal mail which he did. Jon, could you be so kind
and double check whether you did send the CLA already. David B. and
I were not able to find your CLA on file. Maybe, if you sent a
facsimile you could glimpse through the records of sent facsimiles
of your fax machine regarding whether the CLA facsimile did yield
some kind of error.
I sent in a CLA by mail early in April. I guess it didn't make it.
I'll try and remember to fax it tomorrow.
An alternate option is to scan it and email it to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and [EMAIL PROTECTED] For some reason the email option
seems to be more successful. The turnaround time on faxed CLAs
seems to range from 2 weeks to never.
On the CLA note, I'd like to ask everyone to start thinking about
what, if anything, you'd like to see from Jon committer-wise. If
something comes to mind, consider this your call to duty to help
him out :)
