No, buildbot does it too. The issue is not techinical but human. Does openwebbeans users look tomee snapshot? mainly no beacuse that's not their build. That's the issue.
Well i'm not opposed to separate both since i follow both, just i wanted you to note braking a consistent project in several subproject can lead to some weird builds.
