Hmm. I don't think Jason, Brett, or John really want commit access
and are really just doing us a favor for supporting (e.g. enduring)
maven 1. I don't see any issues with giving them commit for m1-to-m2
conversion then yanking it again. They can earn commit if they
really want to code.
