1.b. the common practise (not saying it is a strong MUST but if we rework we
should tend to something covering the same needs) is a left menu which is
almost global (can be contextual but inter pages/sections), a right menu which
is the page navigation with anchors, the bottom has previous/next page (when
relevant) and top of the content has a breadcrumb or alike
1.b.1. just needs something consistent and not a list of icon with random
sizes and inconsistent sizing with the rest of the page (old theme - you did
restore it? :+1: ) has it better in style even if not ultra modern
1.b.2. it is way better than hosting resources for caching concerns but we
must meet apache (and server ;)) rules there, while it does it is ok
   2. I was not mentionning the manual styling but the site itself, manual
never had been styled so yes it is not worse but guess we an embed the site too
   4. maybe on my screen but it is exactly at the location where it is half
hidden cause at the bottom, a search button should be at the top generally, the
old one uses smaller fonts and spacing so it is visible even if still wrongly
located
   5. ok got this one, it is a mix of styling and buggy rendering so title in
the nav was not clickable there, playin with zoom made it aligned on old one
