What does it take to get credentials for the Maven repo?

Darius, the "release plugin" is what I wrote about on the page you're
referring to: https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/Module+Tagging+and+Releasing

Looks like the "deploy" plugin Saptarshi mentioned is a part of it by
default, so if you have the credentials set up for the maven
repository it will be pushed there as well.
